Roll Focus was proud to cover the 2025 Indochino USports Women’s and Men’s Final 8 Basketball Championships, held at the Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Arena at the University of British Columbia. Our team supplied coverage for the majority of the Men’s and Women’s quarter, semi and gold medal games throughout the week-long tournament. Coverage of the event was then taken on nation-wide by CBC, TVA Sports, CBC Radio Canada and Sportsnet. Both the Men’s and Women’s gold medal games were carried live from coast to coast by CBC Sports on the main television network, marking our first national linear stream to date. Our crew gained invaluable experience working with some of the top producers and talent in Canada, and was an unforgettable week of the top collegiate basketball action that our country has to offer. The cherry on top of the event was our hometown boys, the UVic Vikes taking home the banner as national champions for the first time since 1997.
