Demonstrating a Commitment to Diversity

We love having the chance to hop in a police cruiser and tag along on an officer’s shift, so when Saanich PD contacted us to help them on their recruitment campaign, we were happy to be a part of it. The department’s biggest priority with this video was to showcase their commitment to serving the community, with inclusion practices utilized in their hiring: Saanich Police Department is proud to have a membership that reflects the diversity of the community it serves.
